Red, green, white and so many sparkles. As I sit here writing the news this week, all of those colors and twinkling lights stare back at me. Christmas is barreling towards us, and the news is filled with stories about shopping, good deeds and cold weather issues. But my eyes are focused on those lights and the beauty of a holiday which warms my heart every year. Smaltzy, I know, but it truly is one of those times of year where that is my norm. Don’t get used to it. 😉

I LOVED that vid of the cats! It was all funny, but I laughed hardest at the cat trying to bite her owner’s hand when she tried to pull it off the tree! Little, fuzzy, and cute – and dangerous! Holy cow – who can afford to give away 50k? What does he do for a living? (Not an author, I betcha.) Those interns aren’t exactly bustin’ a move, are they? They look more like patients at a geriatric center doing daily exercises… Thanks for the news!
I thought you’d enjoy the cat videos, Lex! They crack me up. I don’t know who can afford to give away 50k, but I love that we have some people in this world that will. The NASA folks aren’t very physically talented for sure, but I LOVE that they do it anyway. Besides, their serious minds are what allow us to reach into space and beyond – too cool!
I’m surprised our tree has stayed up – a 10 month old puppy with a chewing obsession, and a cat who likes to climb could have made the past week very tricky indeed!
