Happy Thanksgiving! Almost. I’m excited for tomorrow and rested from my week off. How about the rest of you? I hope wherever you are or whatever you have planned for tomorrow that it is filled with family, friends, food and fun.

This first story will probably get me in hot water with some people, but I don’t care. The conversation needs to be broader. Very few things are black or white. These teens are evidence of that.

I really liked the story on the Seattle teens helping the homeless. I have a daddy-long-legs spider that lives in my bathroom (I let him b/c he eats insects and I hate insects), but he doesn’t use his eyes for much, just keeps his legs on his web stands and if one jiggles he’s off like a shot to wrap up a new victim. I’ve been watching CNN & your neck of the woods. Awful about that S. Carolinan shooter. Glad they finally got him.
Those teens are awesome, aren’t they? Daddy-long-legs spiders don’t bother me at all. All smallish spiders are. But… big spiders are not. Once I scream for one of the guys that is. 🙂
That shooting is awful. And from what we’re hearing about his intentions, it could have been so much worse. Wish the freaking crazies would stop coming to Colorado. The theater shooter was also a transplant. In all honesty, I wish these events would stop happening period. So tragic.
