Welcome back! I’m a tired teacher/writer this evening. One who survived yet another round of conferences. My fatigue means I won’t waste time yammering on.
Up first a criminal that figured he might as well try. If the police are already questioning you, you might as well make it worth your time at the police station.

The ice is melting in my neck of the woods with very warm temperatures, but don’t tell these folks. Amazing!

Interesting new information about our evolution.

That’ll do it for me. I can barely see the words that my fingers are forming. I’ll have to read through them tomorrow to see if they actually make any sense. 😉
Stealing from the police station while in custody – that’s a new world’s record of dumb! The ice sculptures in Alaska are awesome, especially with the colored lights on them. I was surprised there were so may fantasy scenes. My fave (of the ones I looked at) was the Medieval Joust. Very realistic. I thought the gorilla/human lineage in Africa was a foregone conclusion. Not a surprise that the Tokyo prof thinks it happened in Asia! Very cool stuff, Kim. Have a great week! 🙂
Criminals never fail to amaze me. What some people can do with ice is unbelievable. Very little is ever truly off the table. Thanks for the well wishes. I hope you have a great week as well, Lex!
Wow, those ice sculptures were stunning! How do you pick a winner? They were all so good.
I agree. Hard to choose.
