Weekly News

Happy-day-before-Thanksgiving! Or, Thanksgiving Eve if you prefer. 🙂 I had a productive editing day, so I’m in a pretty thankful mood myself. I hope all of you similarly have some thing(s) to be thankful for. Time for the news.

This first story features inexplicable places to awe you. The park that floods for part of the year is the only one I question as being scientifically inexplicable. The rest … well, see for yourself.

I see what you did there, Amazon. Nice move. 🙂

Science is as thankful for the wine you drink on Thanksgiving as you are. I heart science.

That’s it for me tonight. Happy Thanksgiving to all of you who celebrate. See you back here in seven.

  1. The paper packaging annoys me so much – at least you can have fun popping bubble wrap. I end up folding paper so it doesn’t take up too much room in the recycling bin. And it takes a long time!

    Whoa… I didn’t realise I had such strong packaging opinions 🙂
