It’s Wednesday once again, but now the weeks are starting their pile up within 2018. Wow! Am I getting old? Wait … don’t answer that. Let’s just slip into the news and not think about age. Agreed?
This first story is just cool. I didn’t know the NASA ET sounds were available on CD, and now they’re on vinyl. I may have to check it out just to hear what sounds they believe represent Earth.
I had no idea drunk drone flying was an issue.
This last story makes me cautiously optimistic about the medical advances of the coming decades. Hopefully, we handle this ethically. The possibilities are tremendous.

That’s all for me, boys and girls. Time to put my aging body to bed. 😉 See you here in seven.
I’d love to listen to that CD.
Christmas Day we went for a walk and saw a teen trying out his new hover craft. Thirty minutes later, we saw him vainly searching for it in the woods. Maybe his parents should’ve helped him learn how to control it first!
The idea that such a CD exists just makes me happy. I’d definitely listen to it as well.
Lost drones i figured. It’s the drunken ones I had not assumed an issue. I guess drunken anything should always be assumed. 🙂
Don’t drone drunk! Not flying around prisons is a smart idea. What about airports?
There have to be regulations around airports too, right?
I’m useless at flying anything that’s remote controlled, perhaps a couple of drinks would actually make me better!
Medical advances are so far beyond my comprehension these days – we’re definitely heading into Star Trek territory (I’m beginning to think the writers on that show were time travellers!)
You just want a reason to have those couple of drinks, don’t you?
Maybe all writers are travelers in some way. Hmm…there’s a book in that idea.
