The story about stopping cancer before it starts warmed my heart. It runs in my husband’s family and he has stage IV lung cancer with genetic mutations, so I always worry about his biological kids (my stepkids). I’ve cautioned them to stay on top of screenings. How wonderful it would be to obliterate this disease.

That great white is so magnificent. I think they are amazing creatures. Which is probably why I’m writing a story with a great white in it.
