InsecureWritersSupportGroup2

It’s time once again for the monthly posting of the Insecure Writer’s Support Group. A monthly twitchfest where writers poke their virtual heads out of their stuffy offices in hopes of finding their tribe. Join us. (There may have been a hint of maniacal laughter coming out of my mouth when I typed that offer/command. 🙂

Thank you to our fabulous co-hosts  for the July 3 posting: Erika Beebe, Natalie Aguirre,Jennifer Lane, MJ Fifield, Lisa Buie-Collard, and Ellen @ The Cynical Sailor!

The optional question this month is: What personal traits have you written into your character(s)?

Hmm … the protagonist in the fantasy book I just finished has my same penchant for speaking when sometimes shutting up is the best thing. I may have this trait in spades. That’s the only one I’m giving you today. Can’t give away all my secrets, can I?

Time for some news.

Apparently, you should not park a car near a hungry gator. Noted.

I agree. I’m practicing keeping my lips sealed. Sometimes it’s so much better to listen.

I think people/characters are much more interesting when they say what’s on their mind. Editted is better, but hey, no one is perfect. 😉

    Anna from elements of emaginette

  3. We had a solar eclipse pass close to us last year, but it barely dimmed the light. It would be so neat to see it in full view.

  4. I really like that your character has to speak he/hisr mind. I’ve been noticing how Claire in Outlanders does this and it creates good conflict.

  5. That gator did not want to be messed with!
    Twitchfest – that is awesome!
