IWSG and Weekly News

The amazing co-hosts for the October 6 posting of the IWSG are Jemima Pett,J Lenni Dorner,Cathrina Constantine,Ronel Janse van Vuuren, and Mary Aalgaard!

The optional question this month is–in your writing, where do you draw the line, with either topics or language?

The only thing that comes to mind is writing from the POV of a parent whose child dies. I can’t imagine being able to handle writing something like that. Other than that, I don’t necessarily have topic boundaries, and I love bad words. So…

Time for some news.

This is not the first time I’ve heard a similar story, but I would have loved to see the faces of the other people searching for the guy. *insert facepalm here* https://www.huffpost.com/entry/beyhan-mutlu-missing-joins-search-party_n_6157255be4b008640eb3e819

Science and poetry are far more natural partners than anyone would have guessed. This is pretty cool!

Last up, a song. Enjoy, and I’ll see you in seven.

About kimlajevardi

I am a forty-something-year-old writer. I'm currently drafting my second book. I've also written short stories, poems, and some non-fiction over the last several years. My interest in writing formed during countless hours with my nose tucked in books. I may have even been clutching a novel as I was born. :)

Science and art – great concept.

  2. Searching for himself. What’s funny is they didn’t believe him at first.
