March 1 question – Have you ever read a line in novel or a clever plot twist that caused you to have author envy?
All the time! But even more important than envy, I take inspiration from what I read. I am a reader at heart, and books inspire every scene that I write. I hope I can similarly inspire someone someday. Now, time for some news.
This first story had me at the title.
In science news tonight, a little celestial FYI for sky watchers. Enjoy your planetary kiss.
I leave you will a little music. Enjoy and I’ll see you in seven.
I like the idea of being inspired by great lines and plot twists too.
It’s why I’m a writer in the first place. I think a lot of us started out as voracious readers who just couldn’t get enough of what a truly great book can do.
Oh no! Bad dog. LOL
Or funny. 😂
It’s interesting that most IWSGers read ‘envy’ as a negative attitude. Not saying I didn’t, just an observation. I like the idea it also means inspiration and awe.
Well done, dog.
If it’s clear tonight, I’ll look for Venus and Jupiter.
I hope you get to see them.
