About Moi

I am a fifty-year-old writer (cough, cough). I’m writing a new book right now while trying to find a home for the others. I’ve also written short stories, poems, and some nonfiction over the last several years. My interest in writing formed during countless hours with my nose tucked in books. I may have even been clutching a novel as I was born–my poor mother. 🙂

My interest in genres is pretty varied, and I love both adult and YA. From fantasy to thrillers, I adore a great story. Tell me your favorite. I’m always on the look out for a new read.

  1. I’m a big fan of Life After Life by Kate Atkinson (although any of her books are worth a read). It has an interesting structure and a great overall story.

  2. Winter’s Bone by Daniel Woodrell. Can’t say enough about it. Brave, tough, narrator in the haunting tale of a young girl trying to save her family.

I like your page! Suggestions for good books. Well, I hope you’ll check out my first book just recently published A Bell Sound Everlasting. Please let me know if you like it if you decide to read it! Other than that I’m looking forward to reading “Landline” by Rainbow Rowell, I hear it’s good.
