Weekly News

Welcome back one and all! Do I sound like a carnival barker? I feel like one–that or a magician in front of a crowd of people. Such Wednesday fun. I can seriously entertain myself with next to nothing, huh? Well… the benefits of an imagination. Ta da. *giggle*

Time to straighten up. It’s news time. You can’t see my serious face, but I swear it’s there.

Up first, a very serious story. Well, weighty at the very least.;)

This is a new type of donation request. Cool–maybe I should say cold–but new.

Up next, science scores with an absolutely amazing use of a 3D printer.

That’s a wrap on another Wednesday of news. I hope you end your week with as much laughter as seriousness.

  1. That would be interesting to see while driving. That also must have been a hard thing to move for those pranksters. 3D printing seems really cool. I’m sure we’ll be seeing a lot more of it in the future.

Can you imagine coming around a corner and being greeted by a dinosaur? Talk about shock. The 3D printing is one of the best stories of the year in my opinion. SO cool for humanity, and also incredibly awesome for writers. 🙂

Triceratops ‘Godshilla’ LOL… I think if I crossed its path, it’d get quite excited at seeing it:)

  3. The triceratops story is brilliant. I love being British!

You cracked me up! It’s great to hear you in a good mood! A triceratops in the road, huh? I agree with the observer – #godblessbeer. Hard to imagine people driving from their snowy northern homes all the way out to Long Island to put snow on a snowman. Like the triceratops story, some people seem to have a lot of time on their hands… The bio-printer story is AWESOME! It’s so Sci-Fi. Just like the stories and movies where people with damaged bodies get new “replacement” parts like it’s nothing. Great story, Kim! 🙂

I was in a really good mood that night. Let’s be honest, the stories I found were no small part of that. I love it when I find things that really tickle me. I’m sensing a bio-printer appearance in one of your books. Horror meets sci-fi. Yes? 😉
