Weekly News

Hello, friends. Wednesday has rolled into the week, taking its rightful hump day place. I have perused the best of this week’s news and have a nice sampling for you today. Without further ado, let’s dig in.

I have always wondered who thinks up the crazy National fill-in-the-blank Days. Now I know. My life is not even a single iota better for the knowledge.


In science news today, the coolest looking ice I have ever seen. It’s not an awesome science discovery, but the coolest thing I’ve seen all week nonetheless.

    National garlic day! Well, we love garlic, so no problem celebrating that one.

    At least the ESPN guy had a sense of humor.I’d have been shrieking and coughing and pounding my chest. I might even throw up a little. For some reason I can’t access the National Day one… I love the “dragon skin” ice! Looks really cool. Have a great Thurs, Kim!
