Welcome back, all! Happy New Year! With the first Wednesday of 2018, we have another monthly posting of The Insecure Writer’s Support Group. This month’s question pertains to organizing and planning a schedule, which is not something I ever do. 😉 So, I have decided to promote the winners and upcoming publication of the IWSG Anthology Contest. Congratulations to all of the winners!

Time for some news.
This first story is a heart-warming tale of family reunification with a twist. Still a little holiday-inspired sappy, I know. Pretty cool, though.

How many holiday lights do you need to use to cause a bill this size? Dang.

From worms to chimps taking maternity leave, this next link shares the strangest science stories of 2017. Love!

That’ll do it for this week. See you again in seven.
Happy New Year! It is wonderful that you promoted the winning authors. Have a wonderful January!
Happy New Year to you as well!
We always watch The Great Christmas Light Fight show in December and while some of those houses probably had big bills, none in the billions! LOL
I would have fallen out of my chair if I opened a bill that size. 😮
Wow – that’s one big electric bill!
Right?
Congrats to the selected authors! Planning and maintaining a work schedule is my biggest job for 2018! (My non-pen name blog erica and christy forgot it was Wednesday yesterday and didn’t post for IWSG this month! Hopefully February doesn’t sneak up on me so quickly.) (Christy)
Schedule truly is always an issue for me, but I never seem to able fully plan it either. Life, at the moment, seems fluid more often than not.
Thanks for promoting the winners.
Rather cool the brothers are already best friends. Trust me, that doesn’t happen often.
Happy New Year!
It was my pleasure! The brother story made me have a nice “aww…” moment.
Happy New Year, Alex!
